We will verify and explain your insurance benefits prior to treatment if necessary.
We will accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
- Health Savings Account (HSA) cards
- Flex Spending Account (FSA) Cards.
At Elite Spine & Sport every patient is provided a thorough physical exam on the first visit to ensure a correct diagnosis is made followed by an individualized treatment plan specific to the cause of your symptoms. Treatment will generally include a combination of joint manipulations, soft tissue therapies and rehabilitative exercises. In some instances, lab work, diagnostic imagining or other additional testing may be recommended.
Most patients require twenty minutes for each follow-up visit although more complex patient cases may require thirty. If you are an established patient with a new complaint, please schedule a 60 minute, new injury visit to allow for a proper re-evaluation of symptoms. In our model we are better able to tailor our care in a more one-on-one, personalized fashion in order to increase effectiveness, speed recovery and limit in-office appointments.
